Intimates Reviews: Wantable Intimates Collection Review – June 2015

When Wantable asked me to review its June Intimates Collection, I was happy to oblige. A package filled with sweet little nothings delivered to my door? Yes, please.

If your drawers are already brimming with bras and boy shorts, the styling service also offers makeup and accessories options. No matter which one you choose, the first step is completing a style quiz. This helps Wantable stylists send only what you love. Each collection is $40 for the first month and $36 for every month after. Every month you’ll receive 3-5 items picked just for you.

Wantable recently added a Fitness and Style Edit which works a bit differently. Workout lovers pay a $20 monthly styling fee and get 5 items per month. You have 5 days to decide which ones you can’t live without. Send back what you don’t like; you’re only billed for the pieces you keep.

The Intimates Collection I received had a total value of $106.

The Third Love Mesh Demi Bra (valued at $48)
Whoo hoo! This bra fit. Pretty impressive for not trying it on in a dressing room. It’s supportive and gives just the right amount of boost. I love the peek-a-boo cutout in the center and the wide-set straps remind me of a something off the Dolce & Gabbana runway. The simple design meshed with the picks on my style profile, too. While I love the lace across the top of the cups, it was noticeable beneath my favorite tank tops. It’s a better suited to thicker tees.

Rene Rofe Spring Print Chemise (valued at $22)
This whisper of a nightgown was right up my alley. On the style profile I noted that I love pastels and flirty styles, so the tiny bows and soft peach hue were spot-on. I wore it that evening and the lightweight fabric was exactly what the summer night called for.

The mailman dropped this package off on a day that was nearly 100 degrees. Needless to say, the thought of shimmying into an additional layer was far from my mind. On my style quiz I indicated that I was so-so on loungewear, so I was surprised to get this. That said, the fabric feels so good against my skin that I might be swayed to toss it on after a bath when the weather gets cooler.

I’ll definitely incorporate these underpinnings into my wardrobe.
