We’re delighted to ship our Collections to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Here’s how it works…

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

The following delivery time frames can be expected, but please note that the actual time for delivery will depend on where you live. If you live in a large city, you can expect a shorter delivery time frame. If you live in a rural or remote area it will take longer. Please note that there will be a period between the time your order leaves for exporting and the time it arrives in your country in which tracking may not be available.

  • Canada: 8-12 Business days via Canada Post
  • United Kingdom: 10-14 Business days via Yodel
  • Australia: 10-14 Business days via Australia Post

Our Collections are usually small enough to fit inside a standard mailbox, but if not, you may have to pick your order up at your local post office location. Your postman probably won’t leave them outside.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Your order will be fully trackable from our door to yours. When we ship your order you will receive an email from us with a tracking link to our shipping partner’s website which will allow you to watch the progress of your order as it travels to your door.

RETURNS

Under certain circumstances, international customers may wish to return their Collections. Unfortunately, we cannot apply our free return policy to international orders because of the complexities and cost of international shipping. If you would like to return your Collection, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Our return policy allows you to keep what you love and return what you don’t; no questions asked. It will also reward you if you keep everything.

If you elect to keep the entire Collection, you will automatically receive a $4.00 discount to use towards your next order of that category. If you elect to return something, you will not receive the $4.00 keep all discount. The keep all discount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and will expire one year after issuance.

Great value if you keep one item or all:

If you elect to return any of your Collection items, you will be refunded the difference between the “your price” of the items you keep and the money you paid for the Collection.

Once you have initiated a return, you will forfeit the $4.00 keep all discount for your next order. Additionally, you will be unable to initiate a return on an order once your next order has been placed.

Refunds are given in the following manner: You first receive store credits that were applied to your current order then you receive a refund against your credit card for any remaining monies. Keep in mind, any discounts or replacement orders are not eligible for refund.

Within 2-4 days after your return arrives at our office, we will refund the cost of the collection and any duties and taxes you paid. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for orders received more than 60 days past the purchase date. Handling fees are non-refundable. HANDLING RATES

Although shipping and handling are included for our United States customers, the extra cost of international shipping and handling doesn’t quite allow us to do that for our customers in Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. That said, we have negotiated some of the lowest international shipping and handling prices, so we only charge you what we absolutely need to cover our extra handling costs. Current handling charges are:

  • Canada: $8.00 USD
  • United Kingdom: $9.00 USD
  • Australia: $13.00 USD

We currently do not offer any express shipping methods.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & CURRENCY

Wantable accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. If our system is not accepting your card during the checkout process, you may need to contact the bank that issued the card to let them know that you are trying to make a purchase on a website based in the United States. Some banks put an automatic hold on international transactions. Please note that all orders will be charged in USD.

DUTIES & TAXES

Canada: We will show the sales tax, import duties, and fees separate from shipping costs when you check out. These fees are GUARANTEED and you will not have to pay any extra fees at your door to receive your order. Taxes are calculated based on the ship-to province and the applicable sales tax rates for that province.

United Kingdom: There is a 20% tax on orders to the United Kingdom. We will display the tax when you check out and guarantee you will not have to pay any extra fees at your door to receive your order.

Australia: There are no VAT or import duties due on Wantable boxes shipping to Australia. Lucky you!

GIFT CERTIFICATES PURCHASED WITH INTERNATIONAL CARDS

All gift certificate amounts are in U.S. Dollars. The amount billed to your international card will be calculated based upon the exchange rate on the date of purchase. International purchases made with gift certificates are subject to applicable handling fees, duties, and taxes as outlined above for each country.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

By ordering goods from Wantable, I hereby authorize Landmark Trade Services Ltd. chosen by Wantable.co to act as my agent, and to transact business with the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) to clear my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Wantable and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Wantable. In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by the CBSA in my name, so that Wantable can be reimbursed.
