Inventory Planning Manager

 

Job Summary

The Inventory Planning Manager creates and manages sales and inventory plans from investment through allocation at the product/category/item level for Wantable Style, Fitness & Collection Businesses. The Inventory Planning Manager is responsible for ensuring that the development and management of assortment, demand and inventory plans achieve company financial goals. This position reports to the Chief Merchandising Officer.

The job duties will include:

Financial Planning – Forecasting

  • Develop and build department & category level plans that support vertical strategy.
  • Develop and build seasonal style plans by price tier, fit camp and recommend investment quantities and accurate flow forecasts.
  • Manage the reconciliation of sub-category-to-department bottoms-up plans.
  • Develop and build category/sub-category level allocation strategies.
  • Create and execute sizing and packing strategies that support business unit objectives.
  • Responsible for open-to-buy activities at macro/micro levels.

Plan Management – Allocation

  • Manage inventory plans from investment through allocation execution, including ongoing assessments and updates.
  • Ensure receipt accuracy to support in-season opportunity strategies.
  • Own and approve initial inventory releases.
  • Forecast in-season sales and inventory and develop strategies to maximize opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Strategize, recommend and execute in-season pricing strategies.

Business Process Management – Supply Chain Operations

  • Develop monthly forecasts of sales and inventory for Basics/Replenishment managed thru demand forecasting and vendor management tools, as required.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience, preferred.

Outbound Supervisor

 

Job Summary

The Outbound Supervisor oversees the warehouse including the activities of employees responsible for the picking and packing of orders. This position reports to and takes direction from the Warehouse Manager.

Job Duties

  • Supervise the work and process of Warehouse Associates.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager by identifying work procedures; prepare work schedules, monitor Time & Attendance, and expedite workflow.
  • Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Assist associates with work process problems.
  • Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of associates.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with interview process, onboarding and training of new employees; aid in continual development of new and tenured Warehouse Associates.
  • Complete daily reports and analysis to ensure departmental cohesion and alignment with company procedures.
  • Maintain harmony among associates and work with Warehouse Manager to resolve issues.
  • Participate in annual performance reviews; coach and give feedback/discipline when needed.
  • Work closely with Warehouse Manager, Supervisors and other internal partners to coordinate workflow and labor management and quickly resolve issues; promptly report any issues to Warehouse Manager.

  • Build and style Collections (Makeup, Accessories, Intimates).
  • Correct zero-pick orders.
  • Check and complete replacement orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their Collections.
  • Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation.
  • Identify potential issues with products, forward on customer feedback, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • Some experience working in retail, fashion, or eCommerce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Understand style, current trends, outfit building, etc.
  • Must be available on weekends.

Job Summary

Wantable is seeking an Accounting Clerk with an eye for detail and a passion for numbers. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing all accounts payable invoices, reconciliation of receiving documents and cash receipts, and additional ad-hoc projects and reporting. This position reports to the CFO.

Job Duties

  • Process all accounts payable invoices, coding and entering them into accounting system to ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Reconciliation of receiving documents and Purchase Orders to vendor invoices.
  • Reconciliation of cash receipts to sales records.
  • Assist with Ad-hoc projects and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The job duties will include:

  • Understand Wantable’s database structure and interpret the data in meaningful manner.
  • Design and build reports.
  • Assist in maintaining database structure and efficiency.
  • Maintain third party reporting system; RJ Metrics.

Who we’re looking for:

The Paid Acquisition Manager is a numbers driven, ROI focused specialist with 3+ years of paid acquisition through multiple digital channels and has a strong track record of delivering exceptional results tied to KPIs without the need for heavy (or any) couponing/discounts.

This position requires a person who enjoys digging in the numbers and utilizing Excel to find answers to complex questions. This role is data-heavy and requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment.

The job duties will include:

  • Responsible for multiple digital marketing channels such as social, display, PPC, mobile, and more.
  • Help scale and manage a multimillion-dollar marketing budget.
  • Discover new channels of potential opportunity to test and measure using other successful channels as a benchmark.
  • Work directly with ad platforms such as Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, Google, Bing and others.
  • Collaborate with creatives, merchandisers, and copywriters to ensure ad message and creative is within brand guidelines.
  • Develop quarterly and monthly reports showing performance of each channel. Make strategy recommendations based on real data.

Women’s Extended/Plus Size Apparel Buyer

 

Job Summary

The Women’s Extended/Plus Size Apparel Buyer reports to the Vice President of Merchandising and is responsible for sourcing, buying, and negotiating prices for the entire apparel category; Develop seasonal strategies that will deliver the Wantable customer the most trend-forward mix possible, with the highest quality and perceived value; Deliver planned sales/gm through expanding vendor base, developing healthy vendor relationships, finding the right items at the correct costs and delivering a compelling MSRP.

The job duties will include:

  • Negotiate all costs, payment and shipping terms with vendors.
  • Ensure that product attributes are correctly covered from an inventory perspective on a seasonal basis to ensure customer satisfaction with their apparel assortment.
  • Work closely with Merchandising Operations and VP of Merchandising on seasonal/monthly/weekly sales forecasts to ensure inventory availability.
  • Monitor product return rate and address as appropriate to maintain the targeted rate.
  • Review aged inventory and develop an exit plan.
  • Attend trade shows, market weeks, and vendor showrooms to ensure that Wantable’s mix is at the forefront of market trends.
  • Address any quality or shipping issues with apparel vendors.
  • Quickly resolve any product related customer issues with the customer service team.
  • Fully and accurately complete all new vendor set up and item set up forms.
  • Procure vendor samples and product images as outlined by the corporate timing and action calendar.
  • Provide reports/analysis as requested.

Skills/Qualifications

  • 5-10 years buying experience in the Women’s Fashion/Apparel/Intimates or Makeup Categories.
  • Ability to source on-trend fashion products at the right cost to execute the Wantable Model while delivering superior customer value.
  • Willingness to travel to trade shows or market weeks as needed.
  • Strong negotiator, problem solver, and detail oriented are all necessary to succeed in this position.

Digital Marketing Analyst

 

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Analyst position is a key supportive role to the entire Wantable organization. A successful candidate will be expected to wear multiple hats and “hustle” to find data points that support some of the biggest marketing decisions Wantable makes. The position reports to the Director of Marketing

The job duties will include:

  • Monitor and maintain all KPIs across the entire site and its various traffic channels through scheduled and ad hoc reports.
  • Analyze web data with frequency to identify opportunities to improve overall site performance based on actionable data.
  • Interact with direct response native and non-native advertising channels such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Pinterest in ongoing campaign refinement and testing.
  • Initiate onboarding and ongoing relationship with multiple vendors.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Statistics preferred.
  • Minimum four years experience in analytics, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, certification preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry known Key Performance Indicators.
  • Ability to work in both a team and individual environment.
