Job Duties
  • Build and style Collections (Makeup, Accessories, Intimates).
  • Correct zero-pick orders.
  • Check and complete replacement orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their Collections.
  • Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation.
  • Identify potential issues with products, forward on customer feedback, etc.
Required Education & Skills
  • Some experience working in retail, fashion, or eCommerce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Understand style, current trends, outfit building, etc.
  • Must be available on weekends.
  • This is an in-house position, so you must live in the Milwaukee area.

Preferred, but not necessary

  • Experience with Chromebook and Apple technology.
  • Proficient in Google products (Drive, Gmail, Docs).
  • eCommerce background.
Compensation & Benefits

$10.50/hour. Health insurance available for full-time employees.
