Nothing takes the fun out of shopping quite like shipping fees, so we offer free shipping for all U.S. orders. All domestic orders are delivered by your local post office. We do not offer express or rush delivery at this time. Makeup, Intimates, and Accessories Collections ship in 1-3 business days, and Fitness and Style Edits ship in 3-14 business days depending on your preferences.
Collections: Makeup, Accessories, and Intimates
We hope you’ll love your Collection, but if not, returns are always free for domestic customers (international customers, please click here).
Our return policy allows you to keep what you love and return what you don’t; no questions asked. It will also reward you if you keep everything.
If you elect to keep the entire Collection, you will automatically receive a $4.00 discount to use towards your next order of that category. If you elect to return something, you will not receive the $4.00 keep all discount. The keep all discount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and will expire one year after issuance.
Great value if you keep one item or all:
If you elect to return any of your Collection items, you will be refunded the difference between the “your price” of the items you keep and the money you paid for the Collection.
Once you have initiated a return, you will forfeit the $4.00 keep all discount for your next order. Additionally, you will be unable to initiate a return on an order once your next order of that category has been placed.
Refunds are given in the following manner: You first receive store credits that were applied to your current order then you receive a refund against your credit card for any remaining monies. Keep in mind, any discounts or replacement orders are not eligible for refund.
Please note that you will not be able to initiate your return until the United States Postal Service has updated your package status to “Delivered.” Refunds will be issued 2-4 days after we receive your return. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for orders received more than 60 days past the purchase date.
When returning items paid for with gift credits, the returned amount will be refunded to your account for use on another purchase, please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com with any questions.
Edits: Fitness, Men’s Fitness, & Style
All Fitness, Men’s Fitness, and Style Edits include a prepaid return bag in the box so you can simply pack up the items you wish to return and drop it off at your local post office within 5 days after your Edit is delivered. The $20 styling fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward any items you purchase.
If we are not able to obtain payment for the items you’ve kept within a week after our first attempt to bill you, your account will be sent to a third-party collections agency. Please see our delinquent accounts page for more information.
If you wish to return item(s) after purchase, you may use the included prepaid return bag we sent with your order. If you no longer have that bag, you are responsible for any shipping costs to return your items. Refunds will be issued 2-4 days after we receive your return. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for orders received more than 60 days past the purchase date.
We ship our Collections to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Please visit our International Shipping page for information on how we ship internationally. Please note that Edits are not currently available to customers outside of the 50 U.S. States.
