“This cocktail is a crowd favorite in our home from Thanksgiving to New Years,” said Lauren. “It oozes holiday flavor and nostalgia and can we talk about that gorgeous color?! It’s so easy, but looks fancy.”

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sweetened Cranberry juice
- 1 cup Winter Spice Sprite, or lemon lime soda or your choice
- Your favorite bottle of Champagne or Prosecco
- Fresh cranberries, fresh rosemary sprigs, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks are all optional for garnish.
Instructions
Mix all the above ingredients together, and voila! You’re set. The exact measurements don’t really matter, have fun with it and adjust as needed.
Oh, and by the way! You can totally use the diet versions of these too if you prefer. “I love to make one a large pitcher together and allow the garnish items time to add flavor to the drive, but they can absolutely be made individually too,” said Lauren.
Tune in to the Food Network on Thursday, December 16 at 9 / 8 p.m. CT to see Lauren compete in the Christmas Cookie Challenge! And of course, if you’d like Lauren to flex her styling skills and put together and Edit for you – request your Edit today!
