What are individual purchases?

Individual purchases can be made on the Stream and are separate from Edit orders. Unlike Edits, individual purchases are paid for up front and do not have a try-on period. Shipping for individual purchases is free both ways.

How does it work?

When you see the “Add to Cart” link, an item is available for individual purchase. Click it to add the item to your cart. When you’re finished shopping, click the Cart icon at the top of the page to check out. Your purchases will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
How do I change my sizes?

When you add an item to your Cart, we’ll automatically select the size you chose in your quiz. Because of this, we recommend completing any necessary size updates in your quiz before you begin shopping. To change your sizes, visit the Plans page and click “Update Quiz” for the category you’d like to update. Your Stream will then show the items available in your new sizes.

Please note that sizing is category-specific, so if you update the sizes in your Active quiz, you’ll also need to update those sizes in your Style quiz.

Will individual purchases affect my regular automatic shipment(s)?

Purchasing items from the Stream will not affect your automatic shipment plans, but your stylist will make sure that items you’ve already purchased on the Stream are not included in your Edit(s).

Will purchasing items individually enroll me in automatic shipments?

No, purchasing individual items will not enroll you in an automatic shipment plan.

How do I cancel my order?

Why isn’t this feature available to everyone?

This is a limited test to allow us to see what our customers think of being able to purchase items individually in addition to receiving items in Edit orders. We’ve chosen you as part of a special test group to try it out and let us know what you think.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipment is not available at this time.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? What about U.S. Territories?

Shipment to APO/AFO addresses and U.S. Territories is not available at this time.

Is there a fee for shipping?

No, shipping and returns are free.

Can I return items I have purchased?

Items that are unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with the tags still attached are eligible for return up 60 days after the purchase date. We’ve included a prepaid return bag with your order to make things easy. Just place any returns in the bag and drop it off at the nearest USPS or schedule a free pick up at USPS.com.

Can I return something I have already worn?

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have had the tags removed are no longer eligible for return. If there is an issue with an item you’ve purchased, please contact support for assistance.
