It’s budget-friendly because you’re not spending money on a costume you’ll wear once a year and it gives you a chance to get creative and have fun with the pieces you may already own. 1. A Witch

You’re guaranteed to find something in your closet for this simple costume! All you need to buy is some cat ears. Add some fun detail with makeup to really solidify the look. Grab an all-black outfit from your closet and its just that easy!
